A note from the founder
I'm a two-time cancer survivor, a domestic abuse survivor, and someone who lives alone with a family miles away. When I ran my own job search, I didn't have the bandwidth for twenty tabs and five tools. I had three good hours a day, and I had to spend them well.
So I built a job search OS that assumes you don't either. It scores fit so you don't waste your good hours. It surfaces stale applications so you don't have to hold everything in your head. It turns every rejection into something learnable. And it refuses to help you mass-apply — because I've been on the receiving end of systems that don't see people, and I won't build one that does.
